English National Ballet perform Russell Maliphant’s Second Breath at Imperial War Museum North

We a pleased to announce that English National Ballet will perform Russell Maliphant’s Second Breath, recently premiered in our ground-breaking Lest We Forget programme, at the upcoming event Museums At Night, at IWMN.

The Main Exhibition Space at IWMN will be bought to life with a performance of Second Breath alongside poetry readings, music from vintage DJs and conversation, forming an exclusive and intimate contemporary programme.

“The work builds through subtle waves of movement, first simply based around figures swaying like moving statues, then through sculptural groups of unfolding shapes…It is devastatingly effective.” The Telegraph ****

Entry is from 6.30pm. English National Ballet performances are at 7.45pm and 8.30pm.
